The development and realization of a special milling machine to revise the process disk on site is a fact. This device was designed to be able to do the renewal of the Teflon without having to disassemble the entire valve and send it to Belgium.

The device has been designed in such a way that for the European market the movement and repair can be done in a trailer. For the other continents, the device can be converted to a volume of 1m³ with dimensions 800mm X 1200mm X 1000mm so that the milling machine can be shipped cheaply by air transport and can be safely and quickly on site.

As a result, the repair costs are much lower and the production interruption is reduced to a minimum. The provisional Export and Import of the valve is completely gone.
